What Are Our Members Saying?
In a world of strip mall boarding facilities, dog owners are looking for something more intentional. Our members love the convenience of the service and the camaraderie out on the coastal prairie.
When you apply, we ensure that every dog -and owner- is a fit for the club. If you love the outdoors and have a gundog as your best friend, that's an excellent start!

Does my dog need to be an active hunting dog?
No, all breeds above are eligible for membership, but you do not need to be a hunting household. About 35% of our members are non-hunters.
How does transportation work?
Every time you need boarding, you simply let us know your dates and we will come pickup your pup as well as dropoff when you return. Members enjoy guaranteed availability for boarding and transportation, so you'll never be left out to dry.
What will my dog be doing?
Your dog is kept working while you are away and is not simply left in a kennel all day nor left to play in a dogbone shaped pool, degrading all the training you've worked so hard to build. Each dog is different and over time we will build a lasting relationship with each one. To start, each dog will be run through tight heeling and conditioning daily, but as they progress, the sky is the limit!
How long can my dog stay?
There is no limit on boarding duration besides how many days you choose to add to your account. Some members with working dogs do choose to have their dogs permanently held and worked at the club.
What do I need to send with my dog?
The only thing we need from you, if you choose, is the dog's food. Food is included from TLC Pet Food or you may send your own if your dog does not switch foods well. Several members have changed to feeding TLC for better continuity when boarding.
How do the amenities work for me?
As a member, you also have access to the club when not boarding for training or leisure. Let your dog swim in the pond or train out of the duck blind, frolic in the fields or do upland work with live birds.
We know it gets hot in Texas, so after you shoot some clays and run your dog, come have a beer in the clubhouse!
