Welcome to The Gundog Club ("TGC", "we", "us", or "our"). TGC operates this website and online store, along with the services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including any related policies referenced here or available via link.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using our Services, and contain important legal provisions like warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By accessing or using our website, store, or Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
To use our Services, you must be the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you're allowing a minor dependent to use our Services, you are responsible for their use.
When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your membership.
SECTION 2 - SERVICES
The Gundog Club provides structured boarding, conditioning, training, and land access for working gundogs. Our Services are designed exclusively for pointers, retrievers, and flushers actively being maintained for field performance.
We reserve the right to accept or reject new members based on eligibility, medical status, behavioral assessment, and current capacity. To non-members, all services are offered subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
Please note that while we provide structured training and conditioning, we do not guarantee behavioral outcomes or performance improvements. Every dog is different, and results vary based on the dog’s genetics, baseline, and follow-through at home.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, it is considered a bid to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until we accept and process your payment.
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING
Prices may change, but advanced notice will be given to current members. The price shown at the time of order is the final price, unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment and billing information. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method, and you accept responsibility for any incremental charges, including applicable taxes or fees.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
TGC does not at this time ship any products.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and trademarks—is owned by Slater Kennels, LLC dba The Gundog Club, and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify any part of our Services without express written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. These are offered “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranty or endorsement. Your use of these tools is at your own discretion and subject to the third party’s terms.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. TGC does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP
The Gundog Club uses Shopify to power our website and e-commerce platform. While Shopify enables the platform, all transactions are between you and TGC. Shopify is not responsible for our products, services, or business operations. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your interactions with us.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
All personal data collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data collection and sharing necessary to operate the platform and fulfill your orders.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
Any suggestions, comments, or reviews you submit become our property. By providing feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use it in any way, including for commercial purposes.
You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content, or content that infringes on the rights of others.

Occasionally, the Services may include typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any such issues, including updating or canceling orders when necessary, without prior notice.

This includes but is not limited to: illegal activity; harassment; hacking; spreading malware; violating intellectual property; collecting others’ personal data; or disrupting the functionality of the site. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in or nearest to Houston, Texas.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
