Refund policy
Membership Cancellation
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your membership, we will immediately stop your next month’s payment. If that payment is already processing at the time of your cancellation, it will be refunded after it clears. Payments that have cleared prior to a cancellation request will not be refunded.
If you have accrued boarding days at the time of cancellation, those days will convert into days usable outside of the membership structure. These days have no cash value and are not refundable. Former members may use accrued days as availability allows, but The Gundog Club is under no obligation to board non-members when the kennel is at capacity.
Membership benefits — such as your dog being worked and food/supplements included — will still apply to remaining days. However, pickup and dropoff will no longer be available after cancellation.
We are committed to a smooth transition and will do our best to ensure your accrued days do not go to waste, but we must prioritize service for active members.
If you notice any payments that have not been refunded within 15 business days of cancellation, please contact us.
